Classic Margherita Pizza

What's the one thing you've always missed about not eating dairy? Well, for us, it's always been pizza! Tired of the waiter tell you, "Sir, we could make your pizza without cheese." Pizza without cheese? That's not pizza!

We’re happy to announce that your days of eating real pizza with real cheese are back again! Thanks to Live Yum’s mozzarella cheese shreds, you can finally savour the deliciousness of pizza with actual stretchy cheese!

1 pizza base (recipe link below)
200 gm Live Yum Mozzarella Cheese
1 tin tomato pizza sauce
2 cloves of garlic chopped finely
1 large, sliced tomato
8 large basil leaves
1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1 pinch of crushed back pepper
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil


Preheat oven to 200°C
Place pizza crust on pizza pan, or pizza stone. Spread tomato pizza sauce all over pizza crust.
Generously sprinkle 200g of Live Yum’s mozzarella shreds on the pizza.
Then add the sliced tomatoes evenly spaced along the edge of the base.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is beginning to brown.
Remove the pizza while still hot and drizzle olive oil on top.
Place the fresh basil leaves on top of the pizza. Slice, serve and enjoy!
